The company informed the BSE on Friday that it has bagged two orders worth Rs 300 crore for electro-mechanical projects in Kolkata"s Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport and Chennai International Airport. The company also reported a 21% rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 251.40 crore in the year ended March 31,2009 from Rs 207.68 crore in the corresponding fiscal. The total income increased 36% to Rs 4,406.92 from Rs 3,247.23 crore. Further, the board has recommended dividends of Rs 1.60 (160%) per share with Re 1 face value.
