IT services and solutions provider Polaris Software Lab today said its consolidated profit after tax rose by 2.23 per cent to Rs 35.19 crore for the quarter ended September 30.

Income from software services, products and business process management declined to Rs 338.30 crore in the latest quarter, from Rs 351.14 crore in the same period last fiscal, the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
On the standalone basis, the company posted profit after tax of Rs 27.59 crore in the latest quarter, down 7.91 per cent from Rs 29.96 crore in the same period previous fiscal.
Shares of Polaris Software Lab were trading at Rs 149.85 on the BSE, up 1.25 per cent from previous close.
